Responsibilities & Services
- Calculates property tax rates for all taxing entities in Jack County
- Collects property taxes for all taxing entities within the boundaries of Jack County, as of August 1, 2021
- Makes all corrections to the Jack County Appraisal District master tax roll, as provided by their office
- Issues all tax certificates for properties located in Jack County
- Processes motor vehicle title transfers & registrations
- Invoices and collects Texas Alcohol & Beverage (TABC) fees due to the county
